| The latest jobs data shows the NSW unemployment rate has fallen to 5.1 percent – below the national average. Since its peak in March last year, NSW’s unemployment rate has fallen by 1.7 per cent, compared to a 0.5 per cent fall nationally. More than 177,000 jobs have been created in NSW in that time.
